The Grand River Bridge of Livingston County was first constructed in 1935 as a concrete and steel structure and completed in 1936, three miles southwest of Chillicothe and about 200 yards from the old Graham's covered bridge. It was built as an alternative bridge to travel across the Grand River as Graham's bridge was falling apart. It is located on Federal Highways 36 and 65.
